为在全球范围内激发生物制造领域的突破性创新、推动科技成果从实验室走向产业前沿，现在已启动首届全球技术创新大赛「生物制造专题赛」，赛事由浙江大学杭州国际科创中心主办，以前瞻视角聚焦技术革新与商业应用，搭建跨越学术与产业壁垒的国际协同平台。

本届赛事首度拓展亚太赛区，以“狮城”新加坡为支点，辐射整个亚太区域，广泛招募具备前沿科技实力、高成长潜力与广阔市场前景的创新项目。

成功入选的团队，不仅可获得由科创中心及其合作伙伴提供的世界级实验平台、顶尖专家导师与全方位孵化支持，更将直通亚太生物科技创投生态网络，对接全球产业链与市场资源，携手培育下一代具有颠覆性影响力的生物制造新力量！

分赛场内容Sub-venue Details

（一）专题赛领域及赛题设置 Focus and Challenges

专题赛将重点聚焦 “创新药、生物材料、高价值产品、仪器设备、AI+”等细分领域。

The special track focuses on key areas including Innovative Drugs, Biological Materials, High-Value Products, Instrumentation & Equipment, and AI+.

赛题1：面向底层技术前沿，鼓励在基因回路设计、生物底盘构建、代谢通路优化等合成生物核心技术上的原创突破；

Topic 1: Focusing on the frontiers of foundational technologies, this track encourages original breakthroughs in core areas of synthetic biology, such as gene circuit design, biological chassis construction, and metabolic pathway optimization.

赛题2：本赛题聚焦产业转化痛点，征集跨学科解决方案

Topic 2: Focusing on addressing industrial transformation pain points and soliciting interdisciplinary solutions.

（二）参赛对象/ Eligibility

此次专题赛重点面向亚太地区广泛招募符合生物制造领域的创新类项目，项目应拥有市场前景广阔的自主或原创性技术成果。

The Sub-Venue targets the Asia-Pacific region, seeking to attract innovative projects aligned with the field of biomanufacturing. Participating projects must possess proprietary or original technological achievements with substantial market potential.

（三）参赛条件/ Participation Requirements

1.符合国家法律法规和国家产业政策；

The special track focuses on key areas including Innovative Drugs, Biological Materials, High-Value Products, Instrumentation & Equipment, and AI+.

2.若参赛项目已完成工商登记工作，需为经营规范、社会信誉良好、无不良记录的非上市科技型中小企业，企业登记注册时间一般不超过5年；

Registered projects must be non-listed technology-based SMEs with compliant operations, good credibility, no adverse records, and a registration period generally not exceeding five years.

3.若参赛项目未完成工商登记工作，参赛项目需具有创新能力和高成长潜力，主要从事专题赛要求的项目领域内的高新技术产品的研发、制造、服务等业务，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益潜力;

Projects without business registration must demonstrate innovation and high growth potential, focus on high-tech R&D, manufacturing, or services in the competition’s designated field, and show promising economic and social benefits.

4.参赛项目涉及的产品、技术及相关专利归属参赛团队或企业，与其他任何单位或个人无产权纠纷，不得侵犯他人知识产权；所涉及的发明创造、专利技术、资源等必须拥有清晰合法的知识产权或物权；抄袭、盗用、提供虚假材料或违反相关法律法规一经发现即刻丧失参赛相关权利并自负一切法律责任；

Projects must own the products, technologies, and related patents involved, with no ownership disputes or infringement of others’ intellectual property rights. All inventions, patents, and resources must have clear and lawful ownership. Plagiarism, misappropriation, false materials, or violations of laws will result in immediate disqualification and full legal liability.

5.如以项目形式参赛的，参赛申报人须为参赛项目主要负责人；如以企业形式参赛的，参赛申报人须为企业第一大股东或最大自然人股东；

For project-based participation, the applicant must be the principal person in charge of the project. For enterprise-based participation, the applicant must be the largest shareholder or the largest individual shareholder of the enterprise.

6.有意愿落地科创中心；

The team is willing to establish its project in HIC-ZJU.

（四）参赛权益/ Benefits

获奖项目第一名可直通全球技术创新大赛生物制造专题赛总决赛，总决赛的奖项权益如下：

The first-place winning project will qualify directly for the final round of the 1st Global Technology Innovation Competition Biomanufacturing Track. Award benefits for the final competition are as follows:
