黄永刚，美国西北大学冠名讲席教授，中国科学院外籍院士、美国国家工程院院士与科学院院士、英国皇家学会院士、固体力学家。1962年11月生于北京。1984年获北京大学学士，1990年获哈佛大学博士。2010年当选欧洲科学与艺术院院士，2017年当选美国国家工程院院士和欧洲科学院院士。他是美国固体力学领域75岁以下科学院或工程院院士中文章引用率最高的学者；是二十年来(1998-2017)世界固体力学领域文章引用率最高的学者；是迄今为止世界固体力学领域文章引用率最高的华人学者。2017年当选为中国科学院外籍院士。其研究领域包括可延展柔性电子器件力学，以及力学引导的确定性三维组装。

黄永刚研究材料和电子器件的力学行为，主要科技成就包括: 1) 开创了可延展无机电子器件领域：可延展电子器件能更好适应下一代电子产品便携性、形状可变性、人体适用性等需求，在健康医疗、军事国防等领域有战略性应用，是现代信息领域革新性发展方向。无机微电子材料虽可突破有机半导体材料性能瓶颈，但受变形易损和刚性基底制备的限制，使其可延展化极具挑战。他基于力学原理原创出可延展无机电子器件的分形互联导线、硅应变隔离设计等新概念，创立定量化设计理论和制备方法，使功能无机材料在器件大变形时保持很小应变，实现超过300%的器件延展率，极大拓展了器件应用范围，开辟出电子眼相机、表皮电子等多种全新器件，相关专利被工业界用于研发生产多种柔性健康监测产品。2) 创立了基于微观机制的应变梯度理论：传统塑性理论无法解释材料硬度在微纳米尺度的变化。他创立基于微观机制的应变梯度理论体系，成功解释纳米压痕实验尺度效应，成为该类实验的技术标准，被来自54个国家几百所大学、研究机构和公司所采用并广泛应用于微纳米力学性能测定。上述成果奠定并拓展了现代力学研究前沿，产生广泛而重要的学术影响。

滕锦光，香港理工大学校长及结构工程讲座教授，中国科学院院士，爱丁堡皇家学会通讯院士，香港工程科学院院士。

滕教授生于中国温州，1983年在浙江大学取得工学学士学位，其后赴澳洲悉尼大学深造，于1990年获颁授博士学位。1989至1991年间在英国爱丁堡大学先后作访问博士研究生和研究人员。1991至1994年间在澳洲詹姆士库克大学（James Cook University of North Queensland）先后任职讲师、高级讲师。1994年10月出任香港理工学院土木及结构工程学系讲师一职，及后逐步晋升至讲座教授（2005年1月）。在理大服务期间，滕教授亦曾先后担任不同的学术领导岗位，包括出任建设及地政学院副院长（2005年至2006年）、协理副校长（2006年至2010年）、建设及地政学院/建设及环境学院院长（2007年至2013年），以及可持续城市发展研究院院长（2012年至2018年）。

主要从事土木工程复合材料结构和钢结构领域的研究，曾出版专著以及两百多篇SCI期刊论文，著作为世界各地的研究人员广泛引用，而多项科研成果亦获中国、澳洲、欧洲、英国及美国的设计标准和指南所采纳。曾获国家自然科学奖二等奖、国际土木工程复合材料学会首枚学会奖章等奖项。

王中林，中国科学院外籍院士、美国国家发明家科学院院士、欧洲科学院院士、欧洲工程院院士、加拿大工程院院士、韩国科学技术院院士，国家特聘专家。中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所所长兼首席科学家、中国科学院大学讲席教授、佐治亚理工学院终身校董事教授。1987年获亚利桑那州立大学物理学博士，1995年加入佐治亚理工学院材料科学与工程系，2012年回国创建中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所。

王教授是国际纳米能源研究领域的奠基人，创立压电电子学、压电光电子学两个学科，发明压电、摩擦纳米发电机，提出自驱动系统、海洋蓝色能源等原创科学概念，并将纳米能源定义为“新时代的能源”——物联网、传感网络、人工智能和大数据时代的分布式能源。他还引领了第三代半导体纳米材料的研究。已在国际一流刊物发表2300余篇期刊论文（其中100余篇发表在Science、Nature及子刊上），9本科学专著，20余本编辑书籍和会议文集，授权近300项专利。论文被引达47.6万次，h指数327，位居材料科学及纳米科技领域世界第1，位居全球所有领域科学家终身科学影响力排名第2位，2019-2023连续五年年度科学影响力排名第1。他是国际纳米能源领域著名刊物 Nano Energy（IF: 16.8）的创刊主编。因上述成就，他获得2015年汤森路透引文桂冠奖、2018年世界能源与环境领域最高奖——埃尼奖（Eni Award）、2019年爱因斯坦世界科学奖、2023年全球能源奖等国际大奖。

Sun Yan Evans，英国Mott MacDonald公司研究员、技术总监。她分别于1983年、1986年在武汉大学获得学士及硕士学位，曾在中国环境科学研究院、密德萨斯大学工作， 1998年加入Mott MacDonald公司，此后担任风暴和洪水管理全球实践负责人、框架经理，并成功发展其海上建模能力，在水务领域拥有四十年的经验。
